Pros
The people who work here are great, really some of the brightest and kindest individuals that I have had the pleasure of meeting. The technology stack and the way development is done is very modern and efficient. The remote work and time off flexibility are absolutely amazing.
Cons
From conversations I have had with others in the industry and old co-workers who have left, the pay isn't up to par with other companies. The timelines for new features are generally very aggressive and priorities can change on a dime. There are a lot of mad rushes to complete a project only to have it unused in the end. Other times, you will get a task 90% completed and then learn that something else is "more important" that needs work immediately with another tight deadline.
