      Pros

      Against all odds managed to preserve some of its original start up spirit. When it got closer to Alcatel it deteriorated but when acquired by a PE fund it certainly improved. Fast growth due acquisitions which has strengthen its market leadership position.

      Cons

      With so many acquisitions it got a little unsettled and (understandably) lost that small company feeling. Reasonable benefits but salaries below average. Unlimited time off is a minus, not a plus.

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
