      Pros

      Open Vacation and Time Off benefit is a real perk! Genesys has many avenues for growth potential, via webinars and the GenEd program. Virtual opportunities! This company promotes from within and does not hinder creativity!

      Cons

      There is a lot going on within Genesys with so many changes happening all at once, sometimes it can feel a bit overwhelming.

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
