- Culture is great - Nice people - The product is successful - The engineering and technology is great
Cons
- No profit-sharing - No stocks - 1 time a year for any incentive increase Basically, there needs to be more to keep existing staff to stay on financially while they might see their peers getting very large stock bonuses on top of their usual bonuses. - Pointlessly tried to encourage workers to come to the office. If we are an empathy-focused company, it is obvious why embracing remote as much as possible is a good thing. We are all different, with different situations and circumstances and being remote today is lovely after the pandemic and would to change it.
