Pros
Genesys is a very good company to work with good managers who don't micromanage. Genesys has been doing phenomenal in terms of revenue. Open time-off, Competitive salary for a newcomer. Good product and you can upskill your knowledge by getting a certification for different products
Cons
There are no people management skills shown by senior Management and as well as by HRBP, which is shocking, especially for such a great reputed company. Hope things change.
