Cons
Well, the management isn't really working towards employee satisfaction, this is why most really good employees leave the company. You literally have to beg for your salaries and on top of everything, you have to listen to the nonsense the CEO speaks sometimes. Its frustrating to listen to him speak code when he knows nothing. Its just one guy here at the company you feel like working for and its the guy who started the company with the CEO. The company just focuses on getting a high SEO rank for the company website, make it look cool and then the project delivered isn't upto good standards at all. You are forced to complete a 1 year project in 3 months, because according to him everything is possible.
