      Work environment is good,one can learn about Genomics thoroughly.

      Cons

      Too much internal politics.Worst HR policy,even if anyone give 100% to the company, still they will deduct money unresonably by showing this and that logic at the time of finl settlement.

      No work-life balance, poor salary growth even if you excel at your work, lot of favouritism, HR is unprofessional and the puppet of management, overall company is not a great place to work.
