Enjoyed my coworkers and loved my job and patients. Flexibility. Nothing else good to say about this company. Not a thing.
Cons
Lots of turnover. SC was a good company until Curo took over. It's horrible now. Everything is about money. They do illegal crap just to be the best hospice and get patients. They promise patients things that are illegal to do upon admission and leaves the regular team members to straighten it out. They get rid of good employees and lie to everybody. Hold off on raises and then get rid of you right before you are to get a raise. You take PTO and get reprimanded for it. Insurance is terrible. No advancement. Patients constantly complain about staff turnover & having to get a new worker. Sad when patients are complaining about this. There are always issues with tablets and computers/internet is always down. IT can't seem to correct the problems. It was good when it was SC but Curo took over and everything went to hell. Also, RN's and CNA'S are always getting thank you lunches, bonuses, etc. The rest of the the staff, chaplains, social workers, volunteer coordinator, bereavement coordinator, etc are looked upon as goo at the bottom of a barrel.
