      I worked at GenuineIT full-time for more than 7years; the culture at GenuineIT is by far the greatest asset. You can tell that they truly care about the happiness of their employees. It's a really relaxed and calm environment, even though the work we do can be fast paced. The managers are extremely patient and understanding. -Good Salary -Flexible With Vacation Time -Benefits

      I am associated with the company for a year now, and I have observed the followings: • Pay salary on time. • good % Salary based structure. • They follow/try to follow the policies and clauses they have mentioned in the offer letter. • Company executives are supportive. • As I work in client project, I do not know much about the colleagues. • As this is a growing company, there is a possibility to grow further
