Pros
They pay decent money for what you have to do, as you don't have to engage your brain in IT Support (but they only do this so when you try and leave no other place can match so you end up trapped).
Cons
-They send you on absolutely no training courses -No development plan at all -The skills I've picked up are only applicable to DPD (so I'm struggling to find an external role) -The turn over of staff is very high -Expected to work long hours AND weekends UNPAID -Heartless management that don't care -Management are terrible as they've had no training -Too many politics -In the IT department you are treated like a child -No technical work as everything is outsourced
