Coal face workers try hard to keep it together despite poor leadership from head office

Poor leadership and very little support. Lots of good people leaving due to no direction and a failing business.

A few nice people there.

My manager was horrible. Told me stress was only for home life never work life - yet I was expected to do 1.5 staff members work and not complain. Got to the point where I had enough and they made out I can’t handle it, even though I am extremely efficient and have years experience. My manager and HR bullied and belittled me to the point I was in tears. Manipulative and cold management. Staff always given 2nd, 3rd, 4th hand laptops etc. They don’t invest in staff, provided bear minimum. High staff turnover cause of the ridiculous expectations.
