Pros
The product can be interesting to work on, solving unique issues Generally the clients are amazing Experience in Oil & Gas, Logistics, constructions and other similar fields
Cons
There are some good people there, but generally they will toss you quickly if the newest, hottest employee comes in. If you're considering a position within IT I wouldn't bother. The leader is toxic with a veneer of being nice. He unnecessarily drags projects out with his need to micromanage. I can think of several projects that could have been done in 1/3 the time and with better results, higher quality and increased customer satisfaction, but endless meetings, useless repetitive documentation and indecision hinders the teams from succeeding.
