Pros
Geojit takes care of its employees. Peers are very social. Honesty and transparency in all dealings are encouraged at all levels. Heads of departments are very professional and are given high respect by juniors. Revenue drivers are rewarded very well.
Cons
Laid back nature. Supervision at times leading to micro managment. Salary for support functions are largely lower than industry standards. Variable component are high compared to industry standard, but salary package as a whole remains attractive.
