Pros
Benefits were comparable to the area, Classes were paid for when you are classified staff. This company/school is in the process of a revamp I believe that once it is done it will be a technologically advanced area of Fairfax.
Cons
management was micromanaging and the salary was state funded so it did not include a realistic living wage for the northern virginia area.
