Pros
Everyone is really understanding, laid back, and passionate about their work. Everyone wants to be there! There is a real focus on the students understanding why something is right or wrong and how the world works
Cons
There aren't many cons- sometimes the kids can get away with a little too much. The parents are usually very involved and sometimes that can be a little tough.
