Surrounded by expertise, great place to learn for low pay. Basically a post doc.
Cons
Expect to be perpetually under valued in the bureaucracy. In fact your entire promotion process will be done by a panel of hr secretaries in the c-suite that have no clue what the words on the promotion packet mean. So learn to play the system. This place isn't serious about their employees, and just hopes that you don't find a better option.
