Excellent small business to work for - Operations Specialist Gerard Cosmetics Employee Review

The CEO is very involved in every department- perk of a small biz operation. Always puts the employees first and engages with feedback in a very positive manner.

Most work is remote other than the warehouse so we lose a little bit of the cohesiveness and team building we could achieve if we were in an office setting. We still manage just fine with zoom though.

The CEO Jen is very hands on, so you are able to contact her really anytime and she will help you or direct you as much as possible. You are paid by commission on sales used with your code and you get 20% of any sale used with said code. In my opinion that’s a fair trade. You also get a PR credit every 3 months so you can purchase products you love that way you’re not getting sent makeup that will never be used and go to waste. This makes it easier to promote as you are able to promote products you actually love and use.

I honestly don’t have anything bad to say about this company. It’s obviously a privilege to be a brand ambassador and get free products for your honest reviews and promotion of said products!
