Pros
I have been with the company for 5 years now and have loved it. They take time to celebrate us as associates. They have adapted to Work Life Balance more and more every day since the pandemic and have really expanded to a hybrid or work at home model.
Cons
Benefits are not the greatest but that is not Gerber Life's fault, it is our owners whoa re in Ohio. They need to expand their benefits to ensure all states have the best to their associates in that area.
