Supportive team, lots of opportunity, good pay, hybrid option

Location may not be for everyone,

Good salary, paternity, parent bonding leave is wonderful, 401k, vacation, etc

Maintaining a work/life balance was difficult due to being forced in on days off or forced over after your shift. Training was kinda throwing you in and hoping you get it. Short term layoffs can feel unpredictable sometimes. It feels like there's a divide between company and union employees.
