      Pros

      The company is strong and hires some of the best people. It was a very interesting job with many opportunities.

      Cons

      There were some unfortunate hour expectations that came into play when I left. It was nothing worse than public accounting, but a bit more than I was expecting.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
