      Pros

      The company is family owned by the Johannpeters in Brazil. I believe they had the best long term interests of the company at heart. Safety is a key priority.

      Too many initiatives / priorities to allow.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
