      - Weak leadership - No real career projection - Company values are not followed by site leaders - cost-focus kills strategic management

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
