      Large company with ample resources and respected brand

      The company is having a hard time due to the international steel market steep decline making the work environment stressful and the constant layoffs make the culture bleak

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
