      No matter how much experience you have, if you do not have a Bachelor Degree...you will not get far here. Dead end positions and not treated fairly when it comes to what you are worth.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
