      Pros

      Everyone was always willing to help me out while I was new, safety is a major concern as it should be.

      Cons

      Some of the Salary employees that were only supposed to work 8 hour days ended up in the office for 10 or even 12 hour days when the plant was backed up.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
