      Great place to work and lots of knowledge sharing and could interact with any level to get the input without any hesitations in mind.

      Not multi talented and slow in accepting market changes. Not a good pay master

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
