      Pros

      I worked with a small crew that made my job easier because we worked well with each other. Monthly incentive, i also had a week off a month, low supervision.

      Cons

      Working days and nights within the same week, working with very hot steel, business got slow and had a layoff.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
