      Job not complicated 1 week off per month Safety somewhat prioritized

      Cons

      Excessive drama between employees throughout location Schedule required working both during day and night (dupont schedule) Racism/sexual harassment present Sometimes required to work on days off Combative coworkers Machinery not well suited to needs of the company and frequently breaking down

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
