      The pay is very good. That is the biggest pro and the main reason to stick around.

      Can be a very hot environment. The DuPont schedule is tough. Management can be clueless.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
