Provides an Entry-Level Opportunity. Whereas, most companies ask for 3-5 years experience.
Cons
Only take this opportunity if you have nothing else. The wages are incredibly low. Everyone complains about how under paid they are. Turnover is extremely high. I exceeded managements expectations and when I asked for a raise they laughed at me. Ownership is also bull-headed and arrogant. Expect the owner to say something rude to you on a daily basis.
