If you are looking for a job where everything is figured out and you just have to follow rules that someone else put in place, it is not the right role for you. Outside of that, the only other con is that top sales performers are almost above the law so to speak. If you are selling a lot and you are in the favor of sales leadership, you can do no wrong.
