-mgmt is underqualified, inexperienced, and condescending -company is run like a call center -does not pay employees commissions they deserve -100% of the technical work is done overseas so response time is terrible for critical issues. -The product itself is shoddy and full of bugs and inefficiencies They literally told me to STOP selling deals I was working and at the end of the month refused to pay me commissions because I missed quota. I could not close deals because management instructed me not to and they withheld 100% of my commissions because of it.
