Pros
Love this company - they work hard to listen to their employees. I feel that you can speak openly to the local Director all the way up to the CEO, Chini. I haven't seen a company try so hard to ensure that the employees in their contact centers feel appreciated. They provide a great work atmosphere, have weekly and monthly events as small as chips and dips for all to full meals along with other fun events. More importantly, they offer wonderful benefits are reasonable or no cost to their employees.
Cons
If I had to recommend anything, it would be that they could offer more PTO to all and an opportunity to earn more time with length of employment with company, i.e. at 3, 5 10, 15 and 20 years, you receive "X" number of day more per year.
