Micromanaging - Customer Service Representative GetInsured Employee Review

I was originally with the Pennsylvania campaign, where the team leads and supervisors were chill and very laid-back. It was a great environment. But when I got moved to the Georgia campaign, that’s when everything changed—I stopped enjoying it. The supervisors there micromanage and watch you like a hawk and constantly threaten us with termination if we didn’t meet every expectation. They ignored our concerns but were quick to find and point out any flaws.
