Pros
Starting here as a fresher was the best decision for my career. The hands on exposure at Get Me Rank allowed me to skip theoretical learning and dive straight into high-impact execution. Within a short span, I went from understanding the basics to independently handling end-to-end client servicing, onboarding, and portfolio management. The management trusts you with real responsibilities early on, which has drastically accelerated my confidence in strategic communication, handling client expectations, and driving retention. It is an environment that truly rewards performance and fast-tracks a fresher into a seasoned corporate professional.
Cons
Transitioning from a fresher to an Account Manager in such a dynamic, results-driven environment meant facing a sharp learning curve right from the start. Learning to balance multiple client portfolios, navigate high-stakes communication, and adapt to fast-paced industry shifts required intense focus and rapid professional maturity. However, this pressure was a massive blessing in disguise it completely eliminated any room for stagnation, forced me to master time management early on, and fast-tracked my ability to think on my feet as a strategic problem solver.
Pros
Nothing as such, I just dont want to use any bad word here.
Cons
My experience with this company was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The organization lacks basic structure, accountability, and leadership. There is constant confusion around roles and responsibilities. Tasks are passed around without clarity, and employees are expected to deal with the consequences of poor planning and unrealistic promises made to clients. When commitments made to clients are not fulfilled, the blame is simply pushed onto team members instead of being owned by the people who made those promises. Communication inside the company is chaotic. Important calls and messages are ignored when work actually needs to be discussed, but internal politics and unnecessary messaging continue elsewhere. Instead of solving problems, responsibility is often avoided. Another major issue is the extremely high employee turnover. A large number of employees have left the company within a short time, which clearly reflects deeper problems in the work culture and management style. Work-life balance practically does not exist. There are no real office hours, and employees can be contacted at any time, including late nights and weekends. This creates a stressful and unhealthy work environment. Policies related to salary, leave, and reporting structures seem to change whenever management wants, without transparency or proper communication. Salary delays have also happened, and when employees raise valid concerns about it, the response from leadership is dismissive instead of responsible. Taking leave for personal or family reasons also becomes unnecessarily complicated, even when it has already been approved. Overall, this company suffers from poor leadership, weak management systems, lack of accountability, and a work culture that does not respect employees’ time or effort. Anyone considering working here should think carefully before joining. - Suman
