Pros

Generally friendly atmosphere between workers - at least where allowed by structure. Was pretty decent before 2024.

Cons

Politics that prevent almost any collaboration and progress. Changes to status quo and improvements are considered too risky. IT/Ops - the technology and processes are impacted by the years of M&A's. There's no real strategy how to integrate or clean up. Tickets and process over automation and humanity.

Pros

I would say, people are friendly

Cons

No salary increases in the last two years, which is pretty disappointing given the ongoing workload and cost of living. It makes it hard to feel valued or motivated. Management is also a real issue. Communication is poor, decisions often feel disorganised, and there isn’t much clear direction or support for staff. It can be frustrating working in that kind of environment. Overall, there are some decent people working there, but the lack of pay progression and weak management make it a tough place to stay long term.
