Pros

Those not on the board and working "on the ground" are great people Free hot drinks and fruit Office environment has been designed with collaboration in mind

Cons

Lack of empathy from all board members No awareness of mental health i.e. I was told to take a walk around the block when I had a breakdown in the office Senior team are ruthless and lacking any kind of awareness of what's going on around them - this starts at the top Favouritism - if you're not on the board or CEOs "like" list, you won't stand a chance Meetings are a place for less senior team members to be humiliated They hide between the guise of being a "great place to work" and good PR - employees old and new can see right through this

Pros

I would say, people are friendly

Cons

No salary increases in the last two years, which is pretty disappointing given the ongoing workload and cost of living. It makes it hard to feel valued or motivated. Management is also a real issue. Communication is poor, decisions often feel disorganised, and there isn’t much clear direction or support for staff. It can be frustrating working in that kind of environment. Overall, there are some decent people working there, but the lack of pay progression and weak management make it a tough place to stay long term.
