      Not sure if there is anything.

      Cons

      Management blame where mistakes are made, instead of finding solutions to improve, they point fingers. Collaborating and working as a team is not welcome. Disorganized, lack of training and support! Intimation, bullying and threatening employees!!!

      Good CSR team. Card manufacturing industry different to work kind a cool industry. But gets boring over period

      Cons

      Low Pay less PTO time & only 2 float holidays/year. Very Biased and unfair internal hiring environment.
