- Salary should be negotiated well when signing the contract, Further increases are limited (few %, which do not even compensate inflation) - There are better-paying companies in the area - very slow company, with a lot of processes requiring manual work, which massively increase cost and reduce productivity - there are many people with high-level (and highly-paid) roles which do not bring any value to the company, have no knowledge about its business and spend time attending "strategic" meetings for projects whose scope gets progressively reduced and whose deadline gets postponed
