Pros
Helping people to find the exactly the right system-- When you get it right they are grateful beyond words. It is really interesting because in this area (DC) you meet people from every walk of life from postal workers to internationally renowned lawyers. Mostly male buyers. Haven't figured out why so few women are interested in home music reproduction systems.
Cons
can't think of any except that the summer is slow and vacation time is scant...that's the downside of retail business.
