Pros
They are doing fraud with everyone
Cons
I have worked with GigIndia as a Freelancer. I am a social media influencer and have a good network of 500-800 people who are social media bloggers and influencers like me. They hire people like me on freelance basis for different brand campaigns. They make us hire more social media influencers/bloggers under us and with whom we need to conduct their campaigns. We have to provide all the campaign related details to these influencers/bloggers and assist them in doing the requisite task/s. And since last 5-6 months I have doing the same for Gig India where I worked on campaigns for brands/apps like ShareChat, Swoo, WeLike, Inshorts (Public App), Yocket, Youth4Works, CredR, PopXo, GarageWorks and Scholar App. I had to work with around 250-300 influencers/bloggers/interns for completing all these tasks/campaigns. And till now we haven't been paid for majority of the campaigns. The only payment I and my influencers/bloggers have received till now is for ShareChat campaign. For other 9 brands'/apps' tasks/campaigns, we haven't been paid completely (or have received partial payments). Many of these tasks/campaigns were finished in December 2018, or by Jan/Feb 2019. So payment is pending for almost 2-4 months for these campaigns. But they never reply on time on our messages or emails or do not reply at all and they never give dates when we will be paid. If we will be paid or not. There is no proper communication at all. My experience has been worst working with them. And not only me, I know so many more such influencers/bloggers like me who work as a freelancer with them and they + their teams haven't been paid for similar/same campaigns. If someone get into this and check, there could be at least 1000s of influencers/interns/bloggers like me who haven't been paid by Gig India even after we have completed our responsibilities.
