      Pros

      Honestly not a lot to say here. They pay you and that's about it.

      Cons

      The owner is abusive. He screams every single day. He swears at people and calls them names for making simple mistakes. His management style is screaming until you fix the problem. I've never experienced a business like this and I'm shocked that this man found this many people to put up fake reviews. The owner is not friendly or nice. He will use you until you break.

      Pros

      Coworkers are happy to help out in departments to ensure the jobs are done and deadlines are met. Management is lenient when you need time off for an appointment or personal matters to tend to. You are basically left to do your job... You are not micromanaged. You are given a task and you run with it. You are encouraged to cross train on different positions which enhances your skillset and future.

      Cons

      If you need consistent supervison, direction... To be micromanaged. This is not the place for you. This company is not top heavy and management is always willing to work along side you and not just delegate from the corner office.
