Hey Guys, I am writing this reviews as I have joined ginger webs few months back and I have to believe that all the positive reviews are fake or they have been written by the current ginger web employees or the CTO Ankit khandelwal himself. Let me tell you in simple terms guys, they have no work. They just have a website with code written in PHP and they just change the logo as per the clients. The UI for every client is more or less same so you will not have any in depth learning here. But this company is good in preparing you for your next job interview because you get so motivated to quit that you start working hard towards cracking interviews. This is the "BEST THING IN GINGER WEBS" Every week or two they ask us to see the reviews and if there are any negative reviews then post your positive reviews. can you believe they are setting up a meeting for this guys? Now you can imagine how much work you will have if a company is having meeting on such things. 2 Cups of tea is free, But if you are going for a 3rd cup you need to fill a declaration form guys and yes it's just a 2 page form. The best pro in this company is that you will not like face of anyone in the management. Especially Ankit Khandelwal (CTO)

I am not surprised by such behavior as I know Ankit khandelwal (CTO) who got terminated from his previous job on compliance issues.They mentally force you to do pathetic work like data entry (if you are a developer or a tester). Obviously I got to know this from some reliable source who is his relative. They are running a shop guys, and nowadays Ankit Khandelwal has moved to sales team because there were too many resignations during his tenure as CTO and Kapil Goswami has taken his place. But he is no less different from him, just a bit polite, that's all. I have a lot to write about the managements bad behavior, past few months have been hell for me in this company. I was getting negative vibes in a week or so after joining this company because they start giving unwanted work to you like make any rubbish document which will go straight in their recycle bin. They just want you to sit in office, I think it gives them satisfaction that by this they are getting their money's worth.No matter how good you work they will always yell at you for one or other reasons. Now they have started writing reviews like its a good company for hard working people. I find it funny how they started posting defensive reviews after getting so many negative reviews. I personally interviews few candidates and instead of asking them to join here I politely gave them a hint about work culture like extra working hours(12-14 hours shift for no reason), as they say "There is a time for login But there is no time for logout". obviously the candidates agree to work extra hours at the time of interview but they didn't accept the offer. I felt good that at least I helped few people and saved their lives from being hell. They have placed cameras everywhere, OK so let me be clear about this guys, putting cameras is not a bad thing but they have put camera mics also. so whatever you are discussion please be aware especially if you are discussing about moving on/joining some other "Good" company. CEO has approved only Positive reviews! They don't use new technology! They will check you internet history if you are applying for jobs. So beware guys please use your mobile data for applying for jobs.
