Ok commission if you achieve target can get minimum 800-1k, sometimes can reach 2k

Cons

Does not pay OT, only add or minus working hours, sales manipulation, conduct trainings that is too far from the city (which is where i live) and does not provide claim form to claim grab fees unless you are the store manager. A lot of people quit after just a month bcs of the boss’ attitude. A very very toxic environment. My Store managers were very kind towards me and willing to help me, staff also very kind and helpful, only problem is the big boss. He will literally get mad at you and raise his voice no matter what you do whether its right or wrong, the only right way is his way.

Free parking, late comer need to double park & relocate car all the time

- whole office 3 level only got 1 microwave, and pantry just next to toilet - unisex toilet, which you need to be the cleaner every time you enter, disgusting - working hour from 830am - 630pm - RM 0.3 millage claim per km as of today, no improvement from management - no clear direction from management - always last mins task due to management style last min - bonus will issue separately during CNY & Raya, means if you get 1 month bonus 0.5 issue on CNY another 0.5 month issued on Raya - force leave during CNY, for malay & non malay workers
