Pros
Good friends. THATS ALL. Nothing else.
Cons
Unprofessional and manipulative HR: HR acts more like a PR damage control team than actual support for employees. They twist narratives to protect leadership, not staff. Don’t trust anything discussed in "confidential" conversations — it will be used against you. Btw if the HR ask to talk with you outside the office, REFUSE. And ask for black and white beforehand. Or not, they’ll just manipulate you. Petty and toxic leadership: I was terminated for an extremely minor issue — something that wouldn’t raise an eyebrow in a healthy company. It was clear the decision had been made before I was even called into the meeting. Micromanagement and fear culture: Upper management rules by intimidation. Constructive feedback is ignored; questioning anything, even professionally, is seen as being "negative" or "not aligned with the brand." Zero transparency: Internal promotions are based on favoritism, not merit. There is no clear path to grow, and any sign of individuality is seen as a threat. Work-life balance doesn’t exist: Unrealistic expectations, constant last-minute demands, and passive-aggressive communication are the norm.
