Pros
1) Great place for fresh graduates to get exposure to the work place 2) Get to collaborate with international clients 3) Learning constantly as the structure and processes are not stable yet
Cons
1) Managers and higher ups not always supportive of those under them 2) Mix up of data and no proper records of past cases 3) constantly coming up with new ways to track/ back track data and is expected to be a priority 4) Expect to work overtime here and not get paid/compensated for it 5) A lot of unfair treatment just because someone is “friends” with the higher ups. Working well won’t let you go too far 6) Career path is still unclear 7) Finger pointing and covering up of mistakes instead of correcting the situation
