Casual Dress code, very few other good things to add.

Working conditions were poor, often extremely hot in an unconditioned warehouse with 60+ 3d printers giving off extra heat. Management had no macro vision for company but constantly engaged in micromanagement of employees. Feedback was always unhelpful and belittling. Most employees making minimum wage here, even though manager/owner only came in 2-3 days per week, leaving minimum wage employees in charge of the shop most of the time.

Get to see and try out AR/VR equipment

Retouching products which were not built to be further modified is a huge pain, especially when the boss changes his mind every minute
