Pros
The engineering team is extremely tech savvy and can give a run for their money to any software company out there. Any enterprise level technology you come up with there will be people there who can do it. The salaries are industry average, but there is a nice bonus (you will only receive bonus for nth year if you’re a current employee on n+1th year, 6th month) and the employee fringe benefits are above average.
Cons
Didn’t have much interaction with the top management but by the mid/junior management the teams are run with the analytical mindset of moving chess pieces. The junior management consists of people who are extremely talented engineers and got promoted to managerial positions. None were educated in people/resource management or conflict resolution. The effect of such a composition is teams that are high performing but also break down after a while (high turnover rate compared to industry)
