      Pros

      - Supports career progresses internally (for the most part) - Flexible hours - A lot of great people - Very international

      Cons

      - Salary below standards and a lot of bureaucracy behind salary discussions - often not enough to retain current employees - Poor worktime for some (often requiring working overtime, vacations too separated and often need to work during those too, missing lunches) - Not enough resources to properly allow various teams to focus on innovation and developing new - Unnecessary amount of office days without proper incentive
