My manager, Sal, was the best part about the job. Always willing to teach and super laid back.
Coworkers were friendly for the most part.
Entire office is well decorated and clean.
Casual attire.
Benefits were decent.
Cons
The owner- she would be friendly one minute and the next minute she’d be degrading you in front of the entire office.
Micromanagement- from the way you stacked papers to the way you labeled folders.
Inconsistent rules- you’d just get used to doing things one way and then they’d change or you’d find out they changed a week ago and no one told you.
Pay- support staff had to beg for raises.
